I am a professional artist. I graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Lodz (Poland), where I've been living, creating and working for many years.
Anna is the chief portraitist of my entire dog pack. I have a few of her artworks at home, I also like to order them as gifts for my friends ― they always make a big splash. Anna is fantastic at giving a true likeness, sometimes surprising in form or colour. I highly recommend!
I am the lucky owner of four Anna's artworks. Each of them is made with a different technique and each is more beautiful than the previous one. We have in our collection both modern graphics and classic portrait with fantastic details. We are in love with these artworks.
Anna's artworks are, on the one hand, a easy-going, loose play with artistic means and, on the other, the warmth of a dog's nose and the fluffiness of its paws. I have several portraits by her and although two of them show the same dog, they are drawn completely differently.
I love these portraits because they are so... unforced. With just a few lines they bring out the whole essence of the dog. There is a lot of dog's charm and swagger in them. They remind me of Chinese calligraphy and Japanese ink drawings.
Anna is the author of wonderful portraits of my doggies, including one who has passed away. A touching likeness!
